xpresspost For orders in Canada, we use Canada Post's insured Xpresspost service to deliver nationally within 2 business days of processing your order, with the exception of customers who wish us to ship to Post Office boxes, which must be shipped and insured by Canada Post's regular mail system (typically 5-7 days)

Return Policy
Returning Items? If you need to return your order for any reason, just make sure it's within 30 days of purchase. Simply follow the steps below. Call 604-800-7686 or email our Customer Care Department at admin@opticalnow.ca. Let us know the reason for your return and what you would like us to do. Do you want us to exchange the item, or issue a refund or other (please explain)? Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, if available, or any sturdy box, and enclose your note detailing the reason for the return. Please DO NOT return contact lens boxes in an envelope.
Please include your name, address, and phone number (specify day or evening) where we can reach you in case we have questions. Customers are responsible for the return postage unless it was our error. Return the item by regular post to the address below. That's it! Please allow 2-3 weeks for your store credit or refund to be issued.
